When and how can I pay for my reservation?

You can pay when you finalize your online purchases or when you withdraw in cash. We accept the following payment methods on the platform: Debit Card and Credit Card.

What happens when a product is no longer available?

The preparer will contact you in order to offer you a substitute product. You are free to accept this product or not. In case of refusal of the substitute product, you will be reimbursed.

These breaks are a sign of quality!

How do I get my order?

We promote local contact, which is why we encourage you to come and collect your order directly from our store.

We deliver on Thursdays within a radius of 10 km around Meise for a price of 5 €. Beyond that, we invite you to get in touch.

I would like to order other products

In order to serve you as well as possible, we prefer to limit our to the basket of products. Do not hesitate to send us your ideas by email .

What are your product guidelines?

Top quality fruits and vegetables mainly sourced directly from a series of handpicked farmers. All our goods are transported, stored and delivered at low temperature.

Can I buy only the basket?

No, the baskets are not sold separately.

Can I buy only fruits and / or vegetables?

It is currently not possible to purchase fruits and vegetables separately. We will update our offer in the coming weeks!
